Soaplet does not collect your data. Your recipes and settings stay on your device.

Who we are

Soaplet is made by KM Pure Solutions LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 16304189, with its registered office at 320 Firecrest Court, Warrington, WA1 1RG, United Kingdom. For any privacy question, email support@kmpuresolutions.com.

The Soaplet app

Soaplet has no account and no sign-in. It contains no advertising, analytics or tracking, and it does not send your information to us or to anyone else.

Everything you enter is stored only on your device:

• recipes, batches, scent blends and ingredient prices
• your maker details, such as your name, soap brand, contact line and logo
• your settings, such as language, units and text size

Your iPhone or iPad may include this data in your own iCloud or computer backups, under your Apple account and Apple's privacy terms. We cannot see it.

Things you choose to do

• Logo. When you add a logo, you pick one photo in Apple's photo picker. Soaplet only receives that photo and does not access the rest of your library.
• Backups, sharing and printing. A backup file, a shared ticket or a PDF goes only where you send it.
• Reminders. Cure reminders are notifications scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent to a server.
• Emailing us. If you contact support, we receive your email address and what you write, and use them only to answer you. We keep support emails for up to two years, then delete them.
• Purchases. If Soaplet offers an in-app purchase, Apple handles the payment. We do not receive your payment details.

This website

This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from other companies. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.

Children

Soap making uses caustic lye and is meant for adults. Soaplet does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because we do not hold your app data, you control it directly: you can change or delete it in the app at any time. If you have emailed us, you can ask to see or delete those emails by writing to support@kmpuresolutions.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
